My name is John Sloan Warner III but I go by Sloan. My personal goals for junior year are to have a good mix between academics and fun, and my academic goals this year are to appreciate learning more and be more cognizant how lucky I am to be learning mostly all interesting information, but also, to make great grades (hopefully all A’s). Summer of 2014 was one for the books. The first month of summer, I was in town for one day if that tells you anything about my summer. It was a lot of vacation with so many wonderful memories, but one of the best times I had all summer was going to the Bahamas with my friend and getting the royal treatment. Flying on a private plane down, we stayed on his family’s 135 foot yacht for 5 days which was the best vacation I could ever ask for. If I had one super power, I would probably make myself resistant to extreme cold, so I could live with either the penguins or polar bears and learn their ways. I also may consider shooting money out of my hands as my super power. Both have a good argument for choosing them.
