Assignment 25: Help! - Samantha McGehee

I loved this English class. By far my favorite of high school. While we did learn to the test, I was grateful because I never felt like we were doing pointless activities. I enjoyed being able to break free from 5 paragraph structure and to use my own voice in writing. I think one of the most useful things we did this year was when you allowed us to go off on tangents with class discussions. It taught me to develop my own ideas and to argue. Many of the discussions we had seemed to pop up on the AP test ironically. Overall, I really appreciated the low key atmosphere of 3rd hour English, it always was a relief to know I could just go and sit and relax and still be able to learn. If I had one criticism it would be to teach us more stuff about this editing software for our PSA finals because I am STRUGGLING.  But that could just be me and my inability to work with technology.
