Beck - Assignment 24 - The Future

     As I get closer and closer to being more independent in my life, I have to find who I am. Now, this is possibly the cheesiest thing I have ever written, but it's true. At the beginning of my junior year of high school, I thought "I'm gonna do so much work and I'm gonna get A's straighter than Wilt Chamberlain!" Yeah, that didn't happen. I found that I lack commitment significantly and can't seem to stay focused on anything for an extended period of time, which is why I have been on a downward slope since the start of the second semester. I have started to find my own style and define it more. I have started making my own music, but I'm pretty bad at that also. So, to sum it all up, I am not too fantastic at anything :). My future goals, though, involve getting a job and earning enough money to pay for college expenses, plus being able to travel to California to live there for a while. I would have a free place to stay and a free car because my uncle lives in Hollywood. I would use the money that I have to buy clothes that I don't need and to help my music knowledge and skill flourish.
