Assignment 15 - Derrick Thomas

I answered the first prompt in an earlier blog submission, so I will move to number two. What will it take to get where I want to go in life? It is going to take graduating from high school, college and graduate school. In order to graduate I need to attend classes regularly, complete my assignments, study and make good grades for a great GPA.  I also know that community service and participation in school activities is important.  If I study and       apply myself, prepare for the ACT and SAT’s I should do well. College and graduate school are very important. But I believe my faith and moral standards are important. All of this helps me to become responsible and           prepared for the next phase of my life into my career. I should be able to job shadow and intern to gain real       world experience as pharmacist. I look forward to my future. I know that all of these things are important, but I also enjoy the freedom that comes with being a kid. I don’t always want to be responsible. I do like videogames, movies and hanging out. I know that I have to start practicing good habits, but it is not always as fun.
