Assignment 23 Corey McMullin

“Clint Eastwood” by The Gorillaz, “All the Small Things” by Blink-182, “Fly Like an Eagle” by Steve Miller Band, “Mr.Brightside” by The Killers, and “Why Don’t You Get a Job” by The Offspring
The reason that I chose these songs is that these are the songs that I spent my childhood listening to. Every time I got into the car with my dad, he would play songs like this on his “Angry Driving CD.” Except for “Fly Like an Eagle,” these songs were all released in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, they were the songs of my childhood. The reason that “Fly Like an Eagle” fit with these songs was that it was featured in the best film of all time: Space Jam. These songs all fit into my playlist because they are the songs that relax me, reminding me of how happy I was to just be hanging out in the car with me dad on a Saturday afternoon.
