In today's world one of the biggest issues we face is animal cruelty. It is a much bigger deal than anything else. Genocide, child abuse, poverty all take a back seat to animal abuse. We should devote all of our resources to animal shelters like the humane society, and completely neglect everything else.
We should profit from wars and devote the money that we make to take care of animals. They are just so cute, how could you care about anything else. Not enough people volunteer at our shelters to take care of our animals. It might be one of the hardest things to do, but it is also the most rewarding.
If we don't take care of our animals, what are we doing. How can you live with yourself knowing that an innocent dog doesn't have a home. People might not have homes but that is completely their fault and the dog did nothing to deserve such treatment.
