One of the most urgent problems in our country today is illegal immigration. A common misconception about illegal immigrants is that they are useless and simply take up jobs needed for American citizens. However, an obvious solution exists to this problem. Illegal immigrants could provide a nearly free workforce. This solution benefits everyone. The immigrants fled their country to find a better life, and now they have a job. American citizens have an almost costless workforce at the ready and can just sit back, relax, and let the immigrants do all the hard labor. It is a fool-proof plan that gives all parties involved a better life. American citizens can let these people work for next to nothing and live off welfare if they can’t find a job. Our lives would be so much easier if we would just recognize the usefulness of these illegal immigrants we so often write off as useless and harmful to our society.
