I'm going to respond to 1
I'm definitely a dog person. I've always had dogs. They're great. They're just big, furry, lovable animals.
Who even likes cats? I am yet to meet a person who genuinely likes them. All they do is leave fur all over your clothes, pee and poop in your house, and demand that you give them attention. Also when they are sitting on your lap and you are petting them, they push their claws into your legs to hold on and it hurts! They're also so much more work to take care of. You have to give them actual warm food, give them milk, and clean out their litter box.
Dogs are so much better. They actually don't care about anything. You can go outside and throw a stick with them for five minutes and they'll love you forever. You can leave out some dog food in a bowl and water all day and they'll eat when they feel like it. And when they want to go to the bathroom all you have to do is wait for them to come to you, then let them outside. Also when they want to be pet, they come cuddle, instead of digging their claws into you like cats do. Overall, dogs are just a thousand times better.
